Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Signature Narratives ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Signature Narratives is a marketing agency based in Ohio that provides services including but not limited to brand strategy, content creation, copywriting, social media management, digital advertising, email marketing, and related marketing consulting services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement executed between the parties.

3. Payment Terms

Fees for services are outlined in your individual Service Agreement or proposal. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Signature Narratives accepts online payments via secure third-party payment processors. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge on the outstanding balance. The Company reserves the right to pause or terminate services on accounts that are 30 or more days past due.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of marketing services, all payments made to Signature Narratives are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery to request revisions as outlined in your Service Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables created specifically for the Client shall become the property of the Client. Signature Narratives retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, drafts, unused creative work, and proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and tools developed prior to or independently of the engagement. The Company reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. Signature Narratives will not disclose your business information, strategy, or data to third parties without your prior written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to perform the agreed services using trusted third-party tools and platforms.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely access to materials, approvals, feedback, and information necessary for the completion of services. Delays caused by the Client may result in revised timelines or additional fees. The Client represents and warrants that all materials provided to Signature Narratives are owned by the Client or that the Client has the right to use them, and that their use will not infringe on the rights of any third party.

8. Limitation of Liability

Signature Narratives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a Service Agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. Any outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable upon termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ohio.

11. Modifications

Signature Narratives reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or written notice to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
